We're celebrating 65 years...
In 1955, Florence and M.D. McCreery packed up everything they owned and drove out west to Sacramento, California. Florence and M.D. worked hard and through the years Modern Furniture thrived. Their emphasis on quality fine furniture and the best customer service earned many loyal customers.
In time, Florence and M.D.’s son Thomas took the reigns of the company, guiding it through many prosperous years and delighting thousands of customers.
A new chapter begins...
After many years of hard work through lean times and prosperity, it was time for the third generation to take the helm of the family business, which has become an icon throughout northern California.
Under the watchful eye of Kris McCreery and his professional staff, McCreery’s Home Furnishings is poised to continue to be a leader in Sacramento and the surrounding area.
